We supported Charles Street residents in opposing the proposed residential redevelopment of a site containing lock up garages in Charles Street, Barnes.  We provided advice on the planning process, and helped them to draft their letters of objection on the grounds of adverse effects on residential amenity, traffic and the setting of the Thorne Passage Conservation Area and the Grade II Listed St Michael’s Church.

The objections were successful in helping the scheme to be dismissed at appeal.
