Householder Applications

We regularly handle planning applications for new houses or extensions, and alterations in sensitive situations, such as listed buildings, conservation areas and green belts.

As an example, we obtained planning permission at appeal for a large extension to a residential property in Inner Park Road, Wimbledon, SW19. We were able to demonstrate to the Inspector that the proposals would preserve and enhance the character and appearance of Victoria Drive Conservation Area and would not have any adverse effect on the living conditions of adjoining properties through overlooking, overshadowing or visual impact.
